1. About OxonShieldX

OxonShieldX is a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform operated by Oxon Technology, Plot No. 1007, Huda Sector 13-17, Panipat, Haryana, India. Our platform enables authorized retailers and dealers to manage, lock, and unlock devices sold on EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plans, in order to protect against payment default.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be a registered business entity or authorized dealer to use this platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• OxonShieldX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused.

3. Permitted Use

The platform may only be used for lawful purposes related to EMI-based device financing. Permitted actions include:

• Enrolling devices sold to customers on EMI plans.
• Remotely locking/unlocking enrolled devices upon EMI default or payment clearance.
• Sending EMI reminders and notifications to customers.
• Generating reports related to enrolled devices and loan status.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use OxonShieldX to:

• Lock or control any device that was not explicitly enrolled with the customer's informed consent.
• Harass, threaten, or unlawfully intimidate customers.
• Access, extract, or misuse customer personal data for purposes outside of EMI management.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other dealers' accounts or data.

5. Customer Consent Obligation

It is the dealer's sole responsibility to obtain explicit written or digital consent from the end customer before enrolling their device on OxonShieldX. Dealers must clearly inform customers that the device may be remotely locked in case of EMI default. OxonShieldX shall not be liable for any dispute arising from lack of proper customer consent.

6. Device Locking Policy

• Device lock must only be triggered upon confirmed EMI non-payment after proper notice to the customer.
• Emergency services (calls to 100, 101, 112) must not be blocked at any time.
• Dealers agree to unlock the device promptly upon full payment or settlement.
• OxonShieldX is a tool provider and is not responsible for how dealers apply device restrictions.

7. Platform Availability

OxonShieldX strives for 99%+ uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or third-party dependencies (e.g., Android OS updates) may temporarily affect functionality. We will notify registered users of planned downtime when possible.

8. Fees & Billing

• OxonShieldX charges ₹0 per-key licensing cost as advertised. Subscription or service fees (if any) will be clearly communicated before being charged.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
• OxonShieldX reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, and content on OxonShieldX are the intellectual property of Oxon Technology. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

OxonShieldX and Oxon Technology shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of business, data, or revenue resulting from service interruption.
• Any legal dispute between the dealer and the end customer.
• Device damage caused by misuse of MDM features.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all enrolled devices will be unenrolled and access to the platform will be revoked. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panipat, Haryana.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OxonShieldX after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users via email or platform notification for material changes.
