Add customer details, create a loan entry in the dealer app — an enrollment QR code is generated automatically.

Scan the first QR code using Google Lens — follow on-screen instructions, then scan the 2nd QR to download the Agent APK.

What is OxonShieldX?

OxonShieldX is a Mobile EMI Lock MDM (Mobile Device Management) platform for retailers and finance dealers in India. It lets dealers remotely lock financed phones when customers miss EMI payments, track device location in real-time, receive SIM change alerts, and manage hundreds of devices from a single web panel — eliminating EMI default risk completely.
How does the EMI lock system work for dealers?

During the phone sale, the dealer installs the OxonShieldX Agent APK on the financed device by tapping 7 times on the setup screen and scanning a QR code from the dealer app — device enrollment takes under 10 minutes once the dealer account is approved. The device is now managed. If the customer misses an EMI, the dealer taps "Lock" in the app and the phone becomes unusable in under 3 seconds. The dealer unlocks after receiving payment.
Can the customer remove the EMI lock app or factory reset the phone?

No. OxonShieldX Agent is installed at the Device Owner (MDM administrator) level — the highest permission level on Android. The app cannot be uninstalled by the customer. Factory reset is completely blocked. USB debugging is disabled so no ADB bypass is possible. When the device is locked, it enters full kiosk mode — no apps, no calls, nothing works until the dealer unlocks it.

Does the lock work if the customer has no internet?

Yes. Lock commands are queued and delivered as soon as the device connects to the internet. Additionally, offline auto-lock can be configured — the device can lock itself after a set period of no internet connectivity, so customers cannot simply turn off data to avoid the lock. The 15-minute heartbeat ensures the system always knows device status.
